The Terms And Conditions set out below apply to purchases made at baltasdesign.com, owned and operated by Baltas Design, Frederiksberg Alle 6B, 4, 1820 Frederiksberg, Denmark; CVR no. 44217619. Before you make a purchase at baltasdesign.com, we recommend that you read through our terms and conditions. The right of cancellation solely applies to private customers making purchases via baltasdesign.com.
Ordering
You can place online orders around the clock. We process orders Monday to Friday between 09:00-12:00 CET. Orders made outside this period will be processed the following working day. You choose the products you would like to order on the products’ page and add them to your shopping bag. You may review your shopping bag at any time to check the prices and modify the content if needed. You are responsible for submitting valid customer information when placing your order. You must be 18 years old, and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can have an adult make the order for you.
Directly after you have placed your order, you will receive an order receipt by e-mail. Please note that this order receipt is not a binding order confirmation, but merely a confirmation that your order inquiry has been received by us. The binding order confirmation between you and Baltas Design is entered when BaltasDesign by e-mail sends a billing order confirmation shortly after.
Payment & delivery
In the webshop all prices are stated in Euro (EUR) incl. VAT (25%). Delivery cost will be added to the total amount of the order.
We accept the following payment options:
The amount is reserved on your chosen payment method when you place your order. The shipping type will have been selected by you at the end of the ordering procedure. An additional shipping cost will be added on all orders. The effective price will be stated in the collective order overview prior to your acceptance of the order.
We withdraw the amount when production of the product is started. The final invoice will be forwarded per e-mail immediately before delivery of the order.
Product depiction
We have made every effort to accurately display the products specifically with regard to their colour, description and price. Please remember however that the colours that you see will depend on the device which you are using to access our website and we cannot guarantee that the product when received will be the exact same colour as you have seen it.
Delivery time
Our delivery time varies from 4-6 weeks, but can in some cases be more. On the product pages you can always find the current delivery time at the time of purchase.
When an order is completed it will be shipped with the selected carrier, and you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Products ordered at baltasdesign.com will be delivered to the countries available in the online ordering form (currently delivering within the EU). Should you wish for delivery to a country that does not appear in the dropdown menu, please contact us for a possible solution.
Delay
We aim to dispatch all goods within the lead times stated. Should delivery times be delayed due to production or delivery failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be contacted by Baltas Design.
Damages/Defects
From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods, they are at the customer’s full responsibility. Therefore, we advise you to inspect the parcel for any visible damage before accepting the delivery. If the goods have been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by mail or phone. If possible, please send us a photo of the damaged item. Please have your receipt and/or delivery note at hand when getting in touch with us.
Should an item be received damaged without your objecting to the carrier, disputes may arise if the damage occurred during transport or due to your own act or neglect and in that case you may not be able to claim compensation/replacement.
Cancellation
According to the Danish Consumer Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) you have a cancellation right of 14 days from the date of which you, or any of you specified third party, other than the carrier, get in possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, Baltas Design, Frederiksberg Alle 6B, 4, 1820, Frederiksberg, Denmark, must be informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal statement (i.e. e-mail).
The cancellation right is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the cancellation right of the 14 days has expired.
It you have sent the goods in to cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an e-mail one we have received the product. The e-mail will contain information about the further process of your cancellation/complaint.
You cannot withdraw from the agreement by refusing receipt of the product or by failing to collect it without having first notified us of your wish to cancel.
Returns
If you would like to return a product, you must return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. The cost of returning your order will not be covered by BaltasDesign. You will be held liable for any damage that may occur in transit.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in its original condition. If you do not have the original packaging, this may lead to a possible decrease in the value of the product.
Prior to return, kindly request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from info@baltasdesign.com and mark the number clearly on the return shipment.
If you regret your purchase, you are entitled to a refund. Any used or damaged products that are not reported as a claim will not be refunded. No later than 14 days from the date on which we have received your return, we shall refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs.
If you however choose to refund a part of your order, you will be refunded the refunded product’s value. No later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your cancellation of the agreement, we shall refund you the amount for the refunded product.
Unless otherwise agreed, we shall refund the amount to the original payment method used. Return payments are not subject to fees. We are entitled to hold back payment until we have received the product.

Complaints & Claims
If you have purchased a product and it is damaged – e.g. faulty material or a manufacturing fault – the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date you received the product by contacting us by e-mail at info@baltasdesign.com. Please describe the claim as detailed as possible, including information on the order number and photos documenting the defect.
If the claim is legitimate we will refund your reasonable delivery costs. Please remember that the product must be returned securely packed and that you receive a receipt for your return delivery. Keep the delivery receipt including information delivery costs and track and trace number if available.
Excluded from the Warranty are (i) normal wear and tear as well as wear and tear/defect caused by incorrect care or inappropriate use of the product (ii) wear and tear/defects caused by direct sunlight and heat from that may fade or dry out the surface of shades, or caused by material or products modified by you after delivery (iii).
Copyright
Baltas Design reserves the intellectual and industrial property rights, such as copyrights, rights to the deposited drawings, models and utility models.
These pieces remain the company's property.
Without written permission from Baltas Design, the drawings, designs, images, sketches and / or quotations provided by it may not be copied, shown to third parties or used in other ways. Baltas Design reserves the right to use photos or any kind of visual material of products or projects produced by Baltas Design.
Applicable law and venue
Products purchased at baltasdesign.com are subject to Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by a Danish court.
